Storage units in Tennessee

We rented a climate controlled unit. It was very easy to access, load and unload. It was clean. And they must spray often because the rare bug we saw was dead. I always felt safe. They have lots of security cameras. Setting up the account, starting and ending the rental were all straight forward. All communications were responded to quickly and helpfully. It was a very good overall experience.

I was able to make my reservation online. Samantha called me within the hour, helped me process my payment over the phone, and was able to get my unit info and access code to me via text message. She was super polite and made sure that I knew how to contact them if I have any questions, because my move in date is on a Sunday, when the office is closed. She provided me with the times of access and any other info I needed. Thank you Sam for making this such an easy experience! ××edit to add move day×× - When I got there, my access code did not work, and there is obviously nobody on site. I was mildly frustrated at first, and called customer service. I had to leave a message. BUT they did call me back really quickly. They were able to text me a temporary access code until mine is fixed.
