Storage units in Texas

We have been with Avid Storage since it was Dixie RV & Boat Storage, then it was Move it Storage and now Avid. Great price for our travel trailer covered storage! Raul is so helpful and always willing to assist us with all of our storage needs. The price is so affordable, very secure, safe storage facility! Thanks Avid Storage for providing safe, clean and affordable storage!! Most importantly, once again, Raul is the best on site manager EVER! He will take great care of you!!

Thank you Shanna for calling and letting me know the situation was fixed in this location. You're the best.

Exstacie is funny and kind and helped me expedite my transfer. I appreciate it.

I recently rented a climate controlled unit from Public Storage. I will admit that I was a little apprehensive about initiating this transaction over a kiosk vs in person, but the transaction was flawless and the customer service was great. After visiting the storage unit, I realized that the location was not going to be conducive for how I planned to utilize the space… but I thought, this is going to be a hassle to change and I should just try and make due. However after sleeping on it, I decided that I needed to pick a unit in closer proximity to the main floor. So I returned to the kiosk at 7:00 that morning and explained the situation and the agent made the change no problem. Then later that same day I managed to lock myself out and the agent was able to resolve that as well. All three interactions I’ve had have been nothing short of exceptional from a customer service and problem solving standpoint. Additionally, the facility is clean, secure and temperature regulated. I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Public Storage to anyone seeking offsite storage needs.

Kyle was very nice and helpful! Very clean property!

Great experience at Affordable Storage. The place is clean, secure, and easy to get to. Evan is a solid manager—super helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommend this location if you need storage in Lubbock.

Wonderful experience! Very friendly and clean facility. I tried doing it online but I got a way better deal in person. 10/10 recommend
