Storage units in Texas

After striking out with several storage locations in the area, this was awesome! Thomas was so friendly and helpful, top notch guy. The over the phone service was great and personal. The 5x10 unit I got somehow seems bigger than the 5x10 units I viewed in other places... Plus the whole place is inside and has A/C! Huge freight elevators, loads of trolly carts to move stuff, the entrance is large enough for 4 different customers to be loading or unloading at the same time, right by the elevators. The whole place is shiny and new, and I loved that the doors swing open instead of roll up, giving me more space and avoiding loud squeaks or bangs. I got my first month free, half off a new lock (I didn't have a cylinder lock), and the monthly rate is only $26 a month. While that promotional price only lasts for the first 4 months, I don't need it for more than 2 and, if I had to use it longer, I absolutely believe they deserve it. Best storage location I've even seen and cheaper than every option in the area and I feel that my belongings are very safe. The office is manned 6 days a week, all day long. If you need a unit, PLEASE USE THESE GUYS!!! You won't regret it!

We used this storage facility during our move and had a great experience. The process was smooth, the facility was clean and well maintained, and everything felt secure. Cheryl was especially helpful throughout the entire process, she was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. She made a stressful moving situation much easier. We truly appreciate her assistance and would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing storage.

Great facility and management

I have two units - a climate controlled and a non- climate controlled. Kaylyn, the General Manager there, goes above and beyond to fulfill your needs! She is so kind and knowledgeable. I even locked my phone in my unit once and she was able to assist me. The employees at any other storage place I have rented from has had the personality of a pinky toe! I HIGHLY recommend Kaylyn and the CubeSmart on East Grande Blvd. I can guarantee you that you will not find a better employee or cleaner storage building!
