Storage units in Texas

Storage spaces are clean and well kept. The staff is always super nice and helpful. Extra Space is the only place I rent from.

Met with Greg at facility. He is amazing, helped me to pick a unit. Very polite and helpful

Excellent service Dave is awesome!

3rd time renting from Extra Storage in Austin TX. The process is so easy you could do it in your sleep!! The manager at the Pond Springs location was kind, courteous and explained everything in great detail. Moving is a stressful time and the last thing you need to worry about is storage! You won’t be disappointed with Extra Storage.

Rachel was an amazing help with my first storage unit purchase!

I want to recognize the truly outstanding and remarkable customer service I received from Misty at Public Storage during a very difficult and stressful time. From the beginning, I was treated with patience, compassion, professionalism, and genuine respect. She took so much time to listen, clearly explain my options, answer every question, and make an overwhelming situation feel manageable. The willingness to go above and beyond was not only impressive—it made a meaningful difference when I needed it most. Exceptional customer service is about more than simply completing a transaction. It is about how you make someone feel during the process, and Misty demonstrated exactly what customer care should look like. Her kindness, understanding, communication, and commitment to helping me deserve recognition from Public Storage’s leadership and ownership. Employees like this are a tremendous asset to the company and are the reason customers remember and recommend a business. Thank you for delivering such an exceptional experience during a challenging time Misty and you will have my business for years to come.

Best storage in the country. Hard to beat the pricing and the safety of on site management and employees.

Malik Is very kind and understanding. He hasn’t been at this location long , but already we are happy with the service. I had a question in regards to our rental Agreement, and He addressed it in a timely manner. We look forward to continuing doing business at this location

Great Customers!

Easy move-in and coordination. Heather at the 3301 Parker Rd location was great.

Great Storage facility with both AC and non AC units. Been with them since they first opened the facility. Great and trusted folks to work with who are always attentive to your needs. Never had any issues with them or the facility. Highly recommend.
