I want to give a huge shoutout to Melva at Your Storage Place located at 9423 Perrin Beitel. She was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and truly exemplary when it comes to customer service. One of the biggest reasons I chose this facility was because they still believe in the human touch. So many companies are moving completely to AI, virtual systems, and automated customer service, and while technology is convenient, nothing replaces being able to walk in and speak to a real person face-to-face. Your Storage Place has done a great job balancing both worlds. They offer the convenience of automation, online payments, apps, call services, and modern technology, while still having real people available who can answer questions, walk you through the units, and actually help you make decisions. Melva personally walked me through the facility, answered every question I had, and made the process comfortable and easy. This is my first climate-controlled unit, and I’ve rented many storage units over the years. I can honestly say this facility stands out. The property is extremely clean, the grounds are well maintained, access is easy, and the overall environment feels safe and secure. The multiple security features and overall appearance gave me confidence leaving my belongings there. Melva also explained that Stephanie is the on-site property manager and lives on the property, which gave me even more confidence. Although I have not personally met Stephanie yet, knowing there is an on-site manager involved in the daily operation adds another layer of trust and security. One thing I especially appreciated was that Melva even shared some of the history of the property and the family behind it. That personal connection and pride in the business really meant something to me. Excellent customer service is becoming rare these days, and Your Storage still understands why it matters.

I was able to quickly rent 2 climate control units outside of business hours. Gaining access to the units via their kiosk was my favorite part of the process. If you ever need quick access to a storage unit, I highly recommend Anytime Sorage!
