Storage units in Palmer, TX, and nearby areas

Wonderful customer service, I called the number on the web page and left a message and they got back with me within the hour. I got a 10x10 for $75 and they don't hike prices no matter how long you've been staying with them. Easy access from the road and they are right between the RV and Exxon gas station.

Experience exactly

I had the pleasure of speaking with Nikki a couple a weeks ago. I was mentally and physically exhausted ?? I wasn't in a good mood. In spite of how I was feeling Nikki made me laugh. It is always a POSITIVE when someone is able to turn your Frown into a Smile so to speak. Thanks Nikki?? Then a week later I had a very informative conversation with Alex. He helped me figure out the best avenue to take financially. My interaction was with Coy on 8/1/26, who was very professional but yet pleasant! She delivered great customer service. She understood my objective and responded in a manner that was carefully thought out to help me get there. By meeting a customers' needs you add something meaningful and create moments that feels personal — the kind customers remember long after the interaction is over. **The Waxahachie, Brown St. location has an awesome team!!

Ray was very honest, upfront and helpful. Great experience.

Ramika lays a wonderful foundation when I first inquired about storages. She was so knowledgeable and friendly that I rented at her facility and I had my sister to rent from her facility the same month. We are both not familiar with the area but we chose the facility because of her first impression. AMAZING HELP!

I had a great experience with Christian Road Storage, especially because of Monica! She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout the entire process. Her excellent customer service really stood out and made everything so easy. Monica is truly a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend Christian Road Storage!
