Theresa always gives us Excellent Service !!! She is a gem for ur organization

I’ve been buying online auctions for seven years, and Public Storage is the company with which I’ve had the most bad experiences—mostly due to the staff at the various locations; they are often arrogant and act as if they own the franchise. However, today I had a pleasant surprise: the person who assisted me, Leticia, was incredibly kind and helped me immensely with the process of paying for, picking up, and cleaning out my unit. I’d advise Public Storage to hire more people like her! She is bilingual, very helpful, very kind, and lovely as well. She deserves a raise. Her customer service is simply five-star. Ms. Leticia, if you happen to see this: you are the best person I’ve dealt with in all my years of doing business with Public Storage. 10 out of 10. Thank you so much for your help, understanding, and guidance throughout the entire process.

ask for Robin, they were a great help!

I love the convenience and the cleanliness of the facility. No issues or complaints on my part. Highly recommended.

Hi my name is Oscar, I have been dealing with All Mini Storage for sometime, I cant help but notice the lady who said to be careful who you rent from. I rent their u-haul truck a lot. You are given instructions. When I rent I always get a contract with milage and she as a matter of a fact they always hightlight these items for me and ask me to check and if not correct to return to the office. You should have went back in the office.
