I used this facility for about two months and didn't have an issue. The office personnel is fantastic, quick and to the point. Your not forced into using a lock they sell on the doors so if you have a lock take it with you and feel safe about not needing a 35 dollar add on. Although I'm not sure how much the lock would of been you may want to call. The facility is clean, and the storage I used was also clean. Would I use them again? Absolutely.Yuri Tulchin
