I've been using Century 21 Self Storage in Lakewood Washington for well over 5 years now. I can get to my storage unit as late as 10pm at night. It's close to JBLM(Joint Bases Lewis and McCord) and in between two freeway exits. The well known I-5 freeway, from the State of Washington, through Oregon and yep, even California. The perfect location to store years and even decades of memories. Smaller to larger units are available to choose from. This facility is equipped with an on-site clean restroom, with guess what? A mirror, a clear mirror with no graffiti. LOL! It's true though. Personalized coded gate entry and 24 hour surveillance, covering units and entire lot. If you're looking for a safe place to store your belongings, this is the place. The staff is awesome and are very kind when answering their phones during business. I've rented multiple storage units over the years from all the big name corporate storage companies. West Coast Self storage is miles ahead of the rest. Firstly and most importantly the hours you can accsss your unit actually accommodate working people. Every other unit i have had is accessible 9am-5/6p, and even 2 were closed Sundays. I work 6 days a weel mon-sat 8am-6pm. so literally would have to take a vacation day to go put a couple things in my storage. West coast (at least Columbia city location) 6am - 10 pm 7 days. I have plenty of time to stop by before work if needed and plenty of time after. Hours are the only are where storage facilities can really set themselves apart from competition and WCSS does that. Allowing working people to access their units on their time and oh yeah they don't charge extra for after hour access. The cherry on top? at lest this location is the staff TOP NOTCH. Super friendly. sign for packages for me and call to tell me they came in. I could go on and on 10* /5

Nicole is the new manager and she was great to work with. She was detailed with her process and clearly explained the terms of renting with the company. And, she gave me a good intro rate!

Helpful staff and a brightly lit, clean building. Lots of loading carts available and good security. Great doing business with them.

The staff at Eastside Storage in Bremerton, WA were friendly, understanding, and attentive. I felt welcomed, and they offered me the best prices. I would definitely recommend, and also go back if I ever needed storage space.
