Tristan is fantastic. He’s who I initially rented the unit through, who I’ve talked to any time I need assistance, and he’s always respectful and helpful. Despite having to deal with the inconvenient mistakes of other employees/managers, I’m still giving the business five stars primarily because of Tristan’s customer service. Their prices are great and they’re reasonable with price increases. The location is ideal for our current situation living in Colbert and traveling to Newport sometimes. Their security, cleanliness, and professionalism of the place is also greatly appreciated. This is my 2nd time using this ABC Storage in North Spokane. Their rates are really good and have a variety of options for rental size. The staff is always friendly and helpful when signing up! You get a free lock for your unit too! There is dollies and a truck available for use. The facility is clean, and easy to get in and out of. I have never had any bad experiences with ABC.
