DO NOT RENT SPACE HERE!!! If you want to keep your stuff secure, this is NOT the place! I had over $10,000 drive out of a secured unit with a camera pointing directly at the door the thieves used. The owner only keeps video for 72 hours!!! The thievery happened within a week of my last visit. I will never see my family heirlooms ever again. My bad for not reading the fine print but every other facility I’ve ever rented from keeps footage for a year. PLUS they are more expensive than other places with much better security. If you want a place that is truly keeping your valuables safe , this ain’t it folks. ... Read more

Needs improvement in customer relations! We have been with Meadow Lakes for seven years. We have stayed through at least two different owners and all the changes that go along with that. The newest owner has made online bill pay more user-friendly, but I cannot condone the major leap in rental fees. The service provided is simply not "all that." Our units are now almost $40 and $70 more per month. We find it necessary to somehow make what we own fit into 1 unit while we begin searching for more affordable storage. On top of that, we have had several problems with just gaining entry to the facility. In fact, there was one time we were unable to leave as the gate would not open and there was no one available to answer our repeated calls for assistance. (Another client showed up and let us out after an hour of attempting to contact the owners.) They did contact us with a new code (that did not work) THE NEXT DAY. UPDATE 02/19/23: The rates at this storage facility have, again, been raised! The customer service and facility, itself, have not improved. We are down to one large unheated unit. We will move to something more affordable and accessible once it warms up. ... Read more

Forgot my password and my card that let's me thru the gate and was furnished both as soon as I called. They are not cheap, but then did some price checking and they are lower than the competition, so I guess they are! ... Read more
