Read some helpful reviews of Cherokee Farms RV Center, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

I cannot recommend Cherokee Farms RV Center enough! Their family-owned business truly exemplifies what customer service should be. I recently had several issues with my 2009 Fleetwood Discovery 39R, including problems with my power gear jacks, refrigerator, and hot water heater. What impressed me most was when Bobby discovered that the previous service center had incorrectly wired my dishwasher, potentially leading to a serious disaster. He took the time to fix it while installing my new residential refrigerator and ensured the inverter would keep it cold during travel. They also upgraded my confection microwave oven and installed a new Splendid washer-dryer combo. As a full-time RVer and a single woman, it means the world to me to have someone advocate for me with the warranty company to resolve these issues. I am so grateful for their expertise and the exceptional customer service they provide. Even though I’m hours away and live in a small town in NWGA (Chickamauga, Georgia), I would drive all the way to Foley, Alabama, just to have my RV serviced by them. Thank you, Bobby and Mason, for your outstanding work! ... Read more

WORST RV REPAIR EVER, IN 20 YEARS OF OWNING RV'S - should be a NEGATIVE STARS OPTION!! This was BY FAR, the worst experience EVER on rv repairs. I called weeks ahead regarding getting warranty work done. I even put some 'meat' on the bone and decided to also do A/C maintenance and oil changes. The A/C maintenance and oil change seemed ok - still not sure they even did the AC cleaning. Their view of warranty was an issue from day one. I have an amazing warranty that covers darn near EVERYTHING with a mere $100 deductible, but these folks just wanted to do it quickly and out the door. 1. kitchen faucet - was original, leaked, was covered by warranty 100% - first they wanted me to 'go buy' a faucet for replacement - RATHER than offer customer service and order a replacement (which I FINALLY brow beat them into actually doing). I just wanted a same for same replacement and apparently, they couldn't handle it. a) they DID get something similar to existing faucet so kudos on that BUT b) they installed it INCORRECTLY so I had to PAY to get it fixed/installed PROPERLY. It's a pull down handle type and EVERY TIME you turn on the faucet it moves and water gets UNDER the connection - complete AMATUER INSTALLATION BY FAR!!! My dog could have done a better install. 2. here's the biggee: the radio - it had a huge 14" screen but the radio and blue tooth wouldnt' work - just screamed horribly. So, they quoted me a price to replace -ONLY THING IS - they DOWNGRADED the entire system without APPROVAL BY ME, THE CUSTOMER!!!!! it's now a tiny car type screen for the cameras and radio AND the panel they used is a USED panel that has SCRATCHES all over it. a.) they said that warranty wouldn't cover all the costs so I had ot come up with over $1,000 out of pocket to get 'downgraded' on stereo/camera fix b) I paid this figure, THEN they showed me the work - SHODDY, UNPROFESSIONAL work. c) when I went to pick up my RV the dinette table was STAINED BY GREASE/OIL and they didn't even try to clean it up! the dash was COVERED IN SPILLED COFFEE, the drivers SEAT WAS COVERED IN GREASE, and there was literally grease fingerprints EVERYWHERE. My RV was spotlessly clean when I dropped it off. Thank goodness I removed the dashcover and left ON the seat covers or my seats would be RUINED. d) I brought all this to their immediate attention and all they offered was to replace the table - which took over 6 weeks to arrive for me to pickup. 3. I called the warranty dept after all this - AND THEN found out the warranty company PAID EVERYTHING that was submitted. So, basically, CHEROKEE FARMS RV CENTER overcharged me, overcharged my warranty company, and all work was SHODDY, HAPHAZARD, AND UNPROFESSIONAL at best. I've had rvs for decades, as has my family, this was the absolute worst 'family' company I've ever dealt with. This is my personal property and I ENTRUSTED them to do a good job and AT THE VERY LEAST treat my property AND me with respect - I RECEIVED NEITHER! They also had my RV for several MONTHS! I had to SEND them the website for winnebago to get the parts BECAUSE after over a month of waiting, they STILL had not located the parts to repair the stereo/camera OR ANY PARTS for that matter! BASICALLY, IN A NUT SHELL, IF YOU WANT SHODDY TECH WORK, OVERCHARGING, CHEAP REPLACMENTS, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND FOR THE CHEROKEE FOLKS TO TREAT YOUR RV BADLY - GIVE THEM A CALL. ... This facility is 100% awesome, Bobby and his staff was amazing. Prices was very good and they were very kind to us. We cannot say enough about CFRV ctr. After an accident, we read reviews and trusted them to work with Progressive and get our "baby" fixed. They went over and above!! Very nice every time we called, gave us updated. Fixed in timely manner and very professional. They even did our annual maintenance check up. We will be using them in future for any RV needs and maintenance. Would recommend them highly to friends and family. They also have covered RV storage, we did not need but it looks very nice and secure. ... Read more

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.
