I rented with them back in June on May of 2024, family fell on hard times and after November I wasn't able to pay, but my belongings where already damaged from rats eating at everything ??, I asked multiple times is there something that they can do they kept telling me no, so February comes and I want to get my stuff out of storage including my kids dead father belongings, they told me it'll be 721 dollars or it's going up for auction, long story short they sold the storage for 170 on auction but wanted me to pay 721 to get my belongings and wouldn't work out a deal or anything, told me pest control is my responsibility like I brought them in with me, ill never use them again, horrible heartbreaking situation, now me and my kids must start over from scratch and all their father pictures, obituaries and ect. Are gone. And they always say, we've done all we can but really don't care, once they get their money they could care less what else happens ... Read more

I like the automation and the ease of renting a storage unit. Just be sure you are at the location within 15 minutes of renting the unit, or your code won't work. If it's after hours, you'll be waiting until the next day for them to return your call with an access code to get inside. ... Read more

If they would clean the lot, and go back to 24 hour access, I’d be a monthly- full time-365 days a year customer. Edit to respond to owner. I totally understand that, it’s been a few years since I was here last, so maybe try to update your online hours? Everywhere I look online is different from your posted hours on your gate. And if you need someone to clean up the glass, I’m definitely available for hire! ... Read more

My unit has been broke in to twice. Still haven't made anyone responsible. It pisses me off because I had MANY hot checks written on my bank, sentimental belongings that can't be replaced were taken and it feels like it was just brushed under the rug. It may not actually be that way, but it feels that way. Other than that, the employees are very polite and helpful. ... Read more

Terrible! Staff is full of sass mouth and you'll get mice chewing up stuff in your unit. Not good! *** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **** (Response#2): Thanks for getting back to me, so soon. I've rented storage over 20 years, off and on (while in the military and now, retired), in 11 states & never had mice in a unit/cause damage. I'd just like to say that this lengthy response you guys gave, about how pest control is all on the tenant/their fault, is what I was talking about when it comes to customer service. While I realize there's no such thing (anymore) of "The customer's always right," neither, I would hope, would it now be the case, that the customer is all/always wrong. Attached are a couple of photos of my laundry bag, one of the items that got chewed up. Thanks again and have a nice weekend ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.
