I just wrote a raving review of this place and it's employees, now let me adjust that based on what just happened. I went in last week to see if I could move spaces of the same size so that I could have my two spaces be next to each other, which was going from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor. Both climate controlled. Less convenient for most I would guess but more so for me. So I assumed that the spaces should be priced about the same. In fact when changing spaces the guy that helped me said I was getting a little money back, which led me to believe it was actually cheaper, which I assumed was because it was on the 3rd floor. Shame on me for assuming I guess, but it turns out to have been a $90 (or 28%) increase for this space alone...of the same size. That really seems like something the person who was helping me should have mentioned. Coincidentally, my other space, which I did not change, just happened to almost simultaneously increase in price by $64 (up by 23%), giving me a grand total increase in price of about 48%...within one week. That's insane. The people might be nice but you're going to get screwed on the back end I guess. Do yourself a favor and find a place with a lease. ... Read more

Eric and Cindy were exceptionally kind and helpful. Eric helped me take care of what I needed quickly and with zero headache. It’s getting more rare to find people who really do genuinely care about and take pride in what they do, and I can say with confidence that these two (and from what I understand the rest of the staff as well) really do. Cindy was out and about checking every unit for locks and/or problems, which gives me confidence that my stuff is safe and taken care of. Thanks again for your awesome service! ... Read more

Loop you in with relatively competitive prices, then increase your rate every 6 months expecting customers to not want to bother with moving their storage. My new rate beginning 02/01 will be nearly double my initial rate with all the increases and on their site today they offer the same space for 25% below what they are charging me. This isn't how you foster customer loyalty. Buyer beware. ... Read more

The site “manager” had very poor customer service, passive aggressive with my mother and I. I rented a unit on the phone in haste, inquired less than 12hours later regarding honoring online pricing and I was met with ignorance. I emailed the district manager, Lizette with no response. I followed up with a call, and still no response. I went back to the site to be once again redirected. Please dont waste your time or money here. We will be terminating our monthly to move elsewhere. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
