Ashley and Oreo are one of the most kindest property managers you can ask for! Every time there is a concern on my end, they handle it with such grace, even when I bug them over and over for simple things. Thank you Ashley and Oreo! ... Read more

Had an excellent rental experience in Laguna Hills with Ashley! I reserved my unit online, and Ashley called the same day to schedule a convenient time to get everything set up. She walked us through the space and guided me through each step of setting up my account. The process was smooth, and the location is convenient, clean & safe. Very happy with our decision! ... OMG Ashley WAS AMAZING!!! From her call back message to just being so kind during a tough time for me and my family. Ashley was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and answered EVERY question. She was gracious and patient with all my back nd forth inquiries and concerns. Giving me the BEST solutions for what we needed. She literally held my hand through the entire process making this the smoothest transaction. She was like an angel. I even called back because I was unsure about the money part and honestly she made me feel like my time and my decisions were her priority. I literally had the VERY best experience working with Ashley and hope she is in the office the day we move in. Thank you Ashley for al you did for us today. You have no Idea the blessing you are. ... Great place to store if, you don't mind double digit increases in your rent each year. Looking on line a new 10x15 unit costs $322/month. They were trying to charge me, after 4 years of loyalty, $850/ month!! Needless to say, I have to leave and store my stuff elsewhere. ... Read more

She took the time to explain all the unit options clearly and helped me find one that fit exactly what I needed. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY AND THIS IS WHY: 1) they jack-up the price after three months 2) you have to give them a 30 day notice or pay another month 3) when moving out time (end of the month) it is like the 405 freeway during rush hour 4) there’s only two carts to load your stuff and everyone has to share. If none is available, you are out of luck 5) hardly have any parking space 6) the accessing hours are a joke. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELVES FROM THIS FACILITY. YOU CAN FIND BETTER AREAS AND BETTER SERVICE. I FOUND A PERFECT SPACE IN WESTMINSTER. IT WORTH THE DRIVE NEAR HUNTINGTON BEACH BY THE 405. The customer service there is like going from night to daylight ... Read more

I got a warning message I was at their facility after 5pm and asked not to be there after 5pm because they want to be courtious to neighbors. I was there at about 5pm, no more than 10 minutes, and surely did not disturb anyone. I tried to reply to their message, but it did not go through as it was a blocked message. I tried to tell them it was ridiculous that being there after 5pm was to late. Even banks are open past 5pm. I am looking for another place. How could someone working 9 to 5 get to their things after work? ... Read more

On a positive note, we’ve had storage here for over a year and never had any rodents, water damage, etc. So this is good news. The reason for the lower rating is they will hike your prices with virtually no notice, about 30 days notice. Our rates nearly doubled the first year. Also, their access hours are shorter than industry standard. Just about every other storage facility in the area opens at 8 AM and you cannot access your unit until 9:30 AM here. Plus, they are always closed by dark, either 5 or 6 PM. For the premium price, it would certainly be nice to have longer hours, starting earlier in the day, and evenings during the summer when it’s daylight until after 8 PM. Overall, decent place, but be cognizant that your introductory price is truly introductory so unless you can lock them into a longer-term contract, expect increased prices, somewhat dramatic, quickly. ... Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
