I called today, and it seemed like I was bothering the staff. would not match their competitors offers, prices are higher than the local competition. I ended up getting storage at sherman oaks ministorage, where the service was super friendly and the facility clean and bright. ... Read more

So I just don’t recommend doing business with them. I canceled ages ago and like for some reason they didn’t go through with it. Then they charged me and I had my bank reverse it. I explained to them I canceled months ago. They told me that ‘they couldn’t find the email’. I then now a month or two later received a notice from them asking for a payment when I’ve told them TWICE now both about a month or two apart that I’ve canceled. Now I have to go through my bank statements searching for any charges they may have sent me and reversing them. They’re committing FRAUD and don’t want to let you cancel. Stay away. They’re a SCAM. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
