Read some helpful reviews of Public Storage at 325 Brotherton Road, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

I pay $224 a month for a storage space that isn’t even easy to get to. Last time I came to move some things around, I couldn’t get into the gate even when I have paid on time for …. I think about 3 years now? Dealing with this storage has been nothing but trauma and inconvenience. They made a whole ordeal about me bringing in my dad’s death certificate to put a note on the account that he was dead, yet they call me by his name every single interaction even when they have “left a note on my account not to do that” and asked for me to bring the death certificate to “have it on file.” The last time I showed up, the gate code didn’t work and the property manager literally said “I don’t know why it did that.” If the property manager wasn’t there I wouldn’t have been able to access my things that I pay for every month. How is that fair? And they offer $1 rent deals for new customers? And 50% off deals for new customers? But people who have been inconvenienced for years and have disabilities where it it hard to just clear out a storage and move it somewhere else… what do we get? Grief and ignored by management. If you can, rent a storage somewhere else. Save yourself the trouble. Edit: they retaliated against my review by trying to charge me $283 +$15 “insurance” after me posting this. Nobody is answering calls or ever in the office to close out the storage unit either. Thankfully, it’s the last time I’ll be seeing “welcome, James” (my dead father’s name) on the entryway. Absolutely traumatizing experience renting a storage unit here, they made my period of grief even more unbearable by being hard to communicate and work with. What a shame. ... Read more

Selena was awesome & so helpful. I've been a customer here since they opened. As usual rents go up pretty regularly, but my rent was going to go up $75 a month! She put in a request to hold off on that increase. Corporate agreed to raise it a smaller amount and honor that for 6 months. Thank you! ... Read more

Just a quick note to say thank you to Chanel and the team. Had some issues and wasn’t sure how to resolve them. I was surprised to see Chanel there as She had been a life saver at the Murrieta location. I needed a unit a little nearer to me so stopped in. She once again was able to get everything situated and had me feeling like it was a breeze. I can’t tell you how happy I was when I saw her there. I knew things were going to be good. Anyone that is lucky enough to be able to have her assist them no matter what location is going to have the best day. I think my wife might have a crush on her though. Thank you again for all your help. ... Read more

I was late on my payments due to homelessness with my 3 year old. My storage was auctioned off. It broke my heart. I’ve been devastated. I don’t care about the material things, just my little girls memories. Pictures, diplomas, birth certificate and hospital bands she came out with along with her out fit ?? I asked if they could reach out to the person who purchased it or make an acceptance that I just wanted those items back. If they could make an exception, they didn’t bother because of their “policy”. They didn’t even offer to help me make a payment. I owed $735 and was a few dollars short so I was waiting to get them. I had to call the crisis line because of the terrible feeling but thankfully I gathered myself together. I understand and respect policies but it would be nice if they can change that policy and do it on their end. I wouldn’t have harassed them. My intention was never to take advantage it’s just been hard after my eviction. ?? ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that Public Storage - 325 Brotherton Road has to offer. These amenities include Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Elevators, First Floor Access, Multi-Level Storage and Online Payment. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The storage units offered by Public Storage - 325 Brotherton Road can satisfy all of your storage needs. Different sizes here range from 25 to 300 square feet. You can go for smaller units if you don't have a lot of items to store, while choosing a larger space is recommended in case you need to store a lot of furniture, bigger items or even vehicles.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

Storage units offered by Public Storage - 325 Brotherton Road come at a variety of prices, starting from $113 per month for typically smaller units. However, larger spaces can set you back up to $771 a month.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
