Been using the location on San Fernando Road since 2008. Clean, Safe, I think a great value. Staff is fantastic, always there. Great hours. Restrooms. They have someone checking the locks constantly. Loading dock, and plenty of parking in facility and on public street. ... Read more

The guy was rude hung up the phone and proceeded to block my Phone # guess the owners of the facility fails to to care who is minding their business. These facilities ate way over charging & taking advantage of covid for their laziness. Only facility that is nice on the phone and in person is the Van Nuys location I guarantee it’s different owners!!!! These people are great especially Michael. He is not only helpful but very courteous. I have never stored anything before but Michael explained the process. Now I am ready to move out of storage and Michael again explained the process, if there were any unexpected cost etc. When I first contacted Enterprise I somehow was connected to a woman. She too was courteous and helpful. I just cannot remember her name. So if you ever need a storage unit use Enterprise as the units are clean and there are various sizes to rent. ... Read more

Constant glitches/errors in their billing system, causing customers unnecessary late fees and worry/hassle in having to call ESS to fix their billing issues. Customer service is only nice when you're paying and keeping quiet about the problems. If you address your concerns, you are met with defensive posturing instead of courteous problem-solving attitudes. I'm disappointed, I thought Marlene was a nice lady at first.
