I have to strongly agree with Gabe Fister. The managers at this facility steal. So be careful they might be looking over your shoulder to see how you store. I am an auction buyer who has been buying for around 15years . I bought a storage over there at that facility thinking it was a very lucky buy. When i got there the manager was yelling at me from the start . I ignored her as i was more interested in seeing what was in the storage. After i paid for the storage that i won outright. It costed me about 400.00 . Looking at the pictures you'll see that it should've went for more. When i got to the storage the young women opened up the storage and swiftly walked off. I said thank you, she shrugged it off like whatever. So i went to the storage and saw that there was no tamper tag on it ( it had already been removed earlier). When i opened the storage it looked completely different then when it was being auctioned off. When i saw the things that made me bid on the unit were gone, i declined to take it. So i stood outside and just took pictures for proof of why i dont want it. I walked back amd told the manager i didnt want it, because it had been tampered with so i want a refund. The manager was like well you were here for like 10min so you must've stole something. I was like woman , where am i going to put the stuff at ? Under my shirt because i hadnt even opened my truck yet. I just took pictures , so that is about 5 minutes gone right there. So she got hyped and said im calling my district manager . And i was like go ahead lady so she can come down here , and also why didnt you cut the tamper tag off in front of me? She then started bto delay me to make it look like ibwas there for longer than i actually was . So i demanded my money back a she started doing paperwork in which i thought it qas some earlier work , like she was ignoring me. So she said im calling the police , i said good ! Call them because i have the evidence that im innocent. But of course she wouldn't do that, because the police would've told me to open my truck amd saw that it was empty amd it would've she would've been caught much earlier. So i started asking for the district manager number ao i could call her and get her to come down there to resplve it. But she never responded. Finally they gave me my money back. Little did i know that they were filing a claim on the storage as if it was a loss. Because they were blaming me. I didnt know it yet until 3 days after when the online platform suspended me . They said that the manager of the facility said i stole something out of the storage and wanted my money back , it resulted as a loss. So basically they are trying to frame me!; The manager, etc , went into the storage took a bunch of stuff , got mad that i wouldn't accept what she put in the storage from her house , her and her DM blames me files a claim , regain the companies money and keep what they stole without being bothered . It is really messed up for me and the original owner We both took losses on this because whatever she owed by law that money i paid to buy the storage is to be credited to the delinquents persons bill. But she will not get that because bit is a loss . And the woman stored good so i guarantee she was a woman that paid on time. She might of died. That is probably why they cut the lock and went inside. I have been trying to reach out or find a way to speak to the GM about this matter so that i can explain with more detail, so we can take a look at the cameras on that date. I can be exonerated and they can be responsible for this amd know, hey it is internal. Because of this i have gotten kicked off the platform which was my main source of income. All because some managers want to be in that on site apartment listening and dancing to Glorilla with the tenants jewelry on. Can you imagine, a district manager calling her manager saying hey! " i make 100,000 a year but what that lady have in her storage? Anything good?.. so you guys will know im telling the truth. Pic #1 is what i paid for. ... Read more

These amenities include Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, First Floor Access and Online Payment. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The storage units offered by Public Storage - 17952 Gothard Street can satisfy all of your storage needs. Different sizes here range from 25 to 200 square feet. You can go for smaller units if you don't have a lot of items to store, while choosing a larger space is recommended in case you need to store a lot of furniture, bigger items or even vehicles.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

Storage units offered by Public Storage - 17952 Gothard Street come at a variety of prices, starting from $88 per month for typically smaller units. However, larger spaces can set you back up to $402 a month.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
