Dropped by here to view the storage units like a month or so ago. Mike was kind enough to show me around and answered all my questions! The place is clean but wish they had a few more dollys/carts. Thank you Mike! ... Read more

The facility IS neat and clean and the hours that I can access my unit are fine, but my problem is with the way the property is managed. Specifically, the front office. I have been here for 10 years and it is a crapshoot whether you find someone in the office to talk to. This is a small facility and it seems there is only one person to do everything. I've been at larger PS facilities with more personnel and I was always able to visit the office during business hours. Not so here. When I first started here, they would put a sign up that said "Be back in 15 minutes" (or whatever). BUT they wouldn't note what time they left! A minute ago? 14 minutes ago? So that was an inane and useless sign, and I notice they don't use it any more. There is a Customer Service # on the door to call for help, so you call it and go through the prompts to get to "Talk to the property manager", thinking you'd get to the manager's cell, wherever they were on the property, maybe they would come to the office if you needed them. Nope. The 3 or so times I tried that I got a voicemail message that said "leave a message". So maybe 80% of the time you find the door locked, no one inside, and no way to know when they will be back in the office. If you had to buy some boxes or wrapping supplies, or a lock, or had an immediate question about the unit, you are screwed. I am leaving this mis-managed facility and going back to my larger facility, which is farther away, unfortunately, but at least they have good customer service, rather than non-existent and severely lacking service. ... They close at 6:00 pm on the weekdays and 5 pm on the weekends, what the hell am i doing paying $200 a month for a storage unit. I am stuck in a position where i dont have any time after or before work to move my stuff out and the rent is so damn expensive i just cant afford it. I may have to abandon it or take time off work to get anything done. $200 a month is rediculous for a tiny storage unit with NO trash can and Closes at 6 pm. ... Read more

This was my first time getting a storage unit and the whole process was as smooth as it could be thanks to your amazing representative Mike. I didn’t know what size I wanted to commit to and asked if it would be OK to check out a few different storage sizes to feel confident in the storage size that I needed for my belongings. Mike was very informative and made sure I walked away 100% satisfied including informing me of the public storage app on my phone and walking me through how to navigate it. This location was extremely clean and Mike made me feel confident of the safety of my personal belongings. Because of someone like Mike’s professionalism and excellent customer service this is the type of place I would recommend to friends and family. Thank you again Mike! Best customer service ever ... Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that Public Storage - 15034 Alondra Blvd has to offer. These amenities include Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Credit Cards Accepted, Elevators, First Floor Access, Multi-Level Storage and Online Payment. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The storage units offered by Public Storage - 15034 Alondra Blvd can satisfy all of your storage needs. Different sizes here range from 25 to 200 square feet. You can go for smaller units if you don't have a lot of items to store, while choosing a larger space is recommended in case you need to store a lot of furniture, bigger items or even vehicles.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

Storage units offered by Public Storage - 15034 Alondra Blvd come at a variety of prices, starting from $86 per month for typically smaller units. However, larger spaces can set you back up to $457 a month.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
