My recent experience with RV Storage Depot (Norwalk) has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. I've been a loyal customer for four years without any issues, but my recent interaction with their office manager, Javier, was nothing short of appalling. It all started when I noticed I had been overcharged on my bill. Concerned about potential late fees, I promptly contacted Javier, who assured me that he would investigate and resolve the issue promptly, emphasizing that late charges wouldn't apply until the 10th of the month. However, days passed with no follow-up from Javier or anyone else from the office. Reluctantly, to avoid further complications, I decided to pay the bill. I visited the office during business hours to get an update on my concern. When I brought up the overcharge again, Javier's demeanor changed drastically. Instead of addressing my issue professionally, he accused me of lying and insisted that I had not been overcharged. His tone quickly escalated into yelling, which left me feeling completely disrespected and shocked. Attempting to clarify the misunderstanding only seemed to aggravate Javier further. Our conversation deteriorated into a shouting match, with Javier refusing to listen to my side of the story and continuing to berate me. Realizing the futility of the situation, I attempted to leave to avoid further conflict. However, I returned shortly afterward to request contact information for upper management so I could escalate the issue. Shockingly, Javier flatly refused to provide me with a phone number or email address, denying me any means to report his unprofessional behavior. This entire experience has been deeply upsetting. Never in my years as a customer have I been treated with such disrespect and hostility by a business representative. Javier's conduct was not only unprofessional but also completely unacceptable. It's disheartening to see such poor customer service from a business I've trusted for so long. I urge potential customers to reconsider before engaging with RV Storage Depot (Norwalk), especially if you expect respectful and professional treatment. Based on my recent encounter, I cannot recommend RV Storage Depot (Norwalk) to anyone until they address serious issues with their customer service and management practices. ... Read more

Great place to store your R V. I have visited every RV storage place in my area, shopping for the best offer, and security. One thing I learned from all of the research, never get a storage place near a riverbed. Many R.V. owners have told me their horror stories about bums living and destroying their R.V. I am very satisfied with the security and cleanliness of this place. The staff will even park your R.V. for you. The prices are reasonable, and there is plenty of space. There is a dump out station, and a handyman on site, if you need some service for your R.V. Thank you for reading my review. ... Read more

Everyone we have come across that works there, have all been very welcoming with a Hi or a Hello. Manny has been absolutely appreciated with his prompt services. Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
