The staff is friendly, which is why I gave it 2 stars. But this place is infested with rats. I moved units once because my storage smelled like rat pee, and there was poop everywhere. Not only that, they were chewing on boxes and my record sleeves. When I told the staff about my issue, they sounded concerned, and asked if I paid for insurance. Which I wasn't offered when I signed the lease years ago. This is not a complaint about the staff, it's a review on the actual location. If you have anything valuable, don't store it here. ... DONT COME TO THIS STORAGE!! Worst place to do business. We where being good clients and paid a month in advance, and we ended up not needing it for month of May and they kept all the money and refused to give a refund. Go to other storages that actually return the fee if not used. ... Read more

I required they services for a few months and thankfully I was able to call early to be told they had a storage unit to fit my needs. Its a family business which made me want to specifically choose them. The units come in all sizes to fit your needs. Moving stuff in was a breeze. And moving stuff was even faster. My particular unit was in great conditions. Some units suffered water damage I know from first hand experience as one of my family members has had a unit for a few years but after so much rain it was bound to happen. This was back in early 2017. I dealt with Joyce which she was amazing I couldn't have asked for better service. They explain everything on moving day. The units are month to month for as longest you need it. You pay a small deposit and you get it back when you are done using the unit as longest its clean and undamaged. ... Read more
