Extremely suspicious behavior surrounding burgled unit. On October 31, 2025, I was alerted that a portion of my storage room door had come off the rails. At this time I was asked by the manager to give her one of my keys so they would be able to get it fixed “in the next day or two” and that they would “call when it’s done”. With the unit door broken, it was not possible to open the door fully, only look through a small pushed-in corner, which showed some of my cardboard boxes, so I assumed the contents was all fine. Fast forward to November 26, 2025, and I needed to grab something from the unit for holiday travel but had in that moment remembered that I no longer had my key, the manager did, so I called to ask about getting it back and the employee who answered was completely lost and had no idea where my key was. I decided to go in person despite her telling me to wait for a call back, because they have never once actually called me back when they have said they will, and I was on a tight schedule. Upon arrival, I learned that my lock was not actually on my unit; they had replaced it with a “company lock” while doing the repairs, and it was still on the unit. When the employee finally located the key to the company lock, she opened the door to my unit and I realized that the contents, over $10k worth of property, was missing. When asked if it had looked like that at the time of repairs, she said she couldn’t answer because she wasn’t one of the people there, but when I asked to know who was there so I could ask them the same question I was completely stonewalled. She kept talking about “two person” policies that supposedly avoid theft while the unit is under company care (since they had their lock on it), but refused to let me see any records or video footage of any of the days that the theft could have occurred. I did file a police report, but even the police can’t seem to get answers out of these people. So beware, they are more concerned with covering their own asses than actually helping people get their belongings back in the event of theft. ... Read more

I recently visited Public Storage by the traffic circle and met DW. I was there to look at a storage space for my son. He was very pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. He showed me different units to help with deciding what size would be appropriate for my son's needs. I appreciated the time he took with me. Most young people are impatient but he certainly wasn't! ... Read more

Chalsea was such a huge help in getting my unit transferred over when I realized I needed a bigger one! Thank you! Note that if you call the number on google you are just sent to a call center. The hours listed on google are the access hours not the office hours. The location is not always staffed so you have to call the location specific number to make sure someone will be there to help you. ... Read more

If you ever need help or guidance Alondra is your go to person. She is helpful and knows her stuff. She even took time to show us around the different storage sizes to make sure we were making the right choice. And even though I only went to the location she was at to see storages and rented mine out at the Alamitos one, she offered me to call her if I needed any help the day of my moving. I 100% recommend her for help. ... Read more

RENTER BEWARE OF CRAZY RATE INCREASES AND MOVE OUT POLICY! At first I was happy with the ease of move in and cleanliness of the facility but that all changed when it was time to move out due to substantial price increase after only 3 months. I rented mid month and paid a prorated fee plus an admin fee and renters insurance. After 3 months they sent me a notice that my rent would be increased by $50 the following month. I moved my belongings out and contacted the facility saying that it was clean and empty. I just needed to remove the locks. Unknowingly, I had to use the access code to remove the locks and I did that on the first day of the month and received a closing bill for the entire month because I accessed the unit. They said they don’t prorate the month and I’d be responsible for the entire month even though I wasn’t there and they rented it to someone else. I tried contacting management and they refused to remove the charge. I tried to fight it and they sent me to collections. I feel the $50 increase per month after just 3 months on a $172 unit was unreasonable AND their “policy” of no prorating when you move out only when you move in is not in the customer’s best interest only a way for the corporation to gouge their customers for more money. They turned around and rented the unit charging the new customer for the same month that I was responsible to pay. Very unhappy customer ... Read more

Personally took me to my unit. Answered every question I had. And made the overall experience very relaxed, easy and nice frankly. She's a good employee. I recommend you pay her well and hang on to her. She concretes your relationship with your customers. Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that Public Storage - 4295 Outer Traffic Circle has to offer. These amenities include Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Multi-Level Storage and Online Payment. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
