I needed help figuring out what size storage space would work for a few boxes while I transition between homes, and Jade was incredibly helpful! She took the time to thoroughly walk my husband and me through different options to make sure we found the right fit. We truly appreciated her patience and attention to detail. Thank you, Jade! ... I experienced the best customer service that I've had in a long time. Jade made everything so easy and pleasant. Customer service like hers is very rare these days. Thank you Jade for making my life that much easier. ... Read more

They ripped people off. I left the storage empty on the second of the month, and they charged me for the whole month instead of charging only a proportionate fee for the two days. Additionally, they close early, and when you arrive, rushing before the closing time, the employees follow you to inform you that they are closing. ... Read more

Moved my stuff from the Sawtelle & Olympic location to this location because it was cheaper (almost half the price) and only a few blocks away. The staff was friendly and very helpful. In some ways it feels more secure than Sawtelle & Olympic, and the elevators are faster. The one downside is that gate access ends at 6pm here (5pm on Sat / Sun) instead of 9pm at Sawtelle. But that might be partly why it's cheaper. ... Read more

Setting up my space with Jade was so easy. She guided me through the process and helped with options, and even knew information about two other locations. Gabriel at Pico was also very helpful. Thanks! ... Read more

I leased a 10x10 storage space only to find this when I moved in. A corner of the unit was taken up by an HVAC duct. The space measured 9'6" by 9'6" minus the square footage of the corner of the unit. We had to lease an additional storage closet. I was not able to gain entry until the day I moved. ... Read more

I recently had to help a friend move an apartment's worth of stuff into a storage unit. The staff here were very helpful in getting a unit close to an elevator and with a light! Specifically it was Jade that went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied. Another great feature was they were willing to take back and refund our un-used boxes that we had purchased there - and in fact all their packaging products were reasonably priced to begin with. Thank you for making the move easier. ... Read more

I wanted to write a review about the customer service I received at the11625 W Olympic Blvd, Los Angeles, CA location. Moving can be so stressful and Nan had such a great attitude and was so helpful. It was such a busy day, and so many people were there, all trying to get their things moved in. She helped everyone with a smile and was so happy. She was fast and efficient. Even the customers that were there were saying how she was just "handling things." I needed to let her and the company know how great of a job she was doing that day. Thank You Nan! ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
