David assisted me today with my storage rental. He took the time to show me the various storage that’s available. The ones left are little small but this is close to my house. David also took the time to answer all my questions. The. building was nice and clean. The building seemed very secure. Updates Version from the time I opened this storage.. Disappointed doesn't even begin to describe how I feel about this Public Storage location. My storage has been broken into 7 times now, and the lack of security measures is alarming. The lack of security measures in place for the storage units provided by the company was so disappointing. The first time my big event lamp was stolen, and since then, it's been a constant battle with thieves. I asked about CCTV inside the building and was told the location is small - but that should not excuse their duty to protect their customers' belongings. Furthermore, I was disheartened by the dismissive response from your representative, when she mentioned that she doesn’t why my storage space is often targeted when I don’t have valuable items inside. While my possessions may not be high in monetary value, they hold significant sentimental and professional importance to me as they are the result of hard work and dedication. To make matters worse, last July, my vehicle got locked inside the premises while I was loading it for an event. The employee on duty failed to inform me that the gate would be closed, leaving my vehicle stranded until the following day. When I brought up the issue with Jose in management, I was told that they are not responsible for informing customers of closing times. This kind of negligence is unacceptable. Customers should not have to worry about their safety and belongings while using a storage facility. Public Storage needs to step up their security measures and improve their customer service. I kindly request that the company takes immediate action to enhance the security of the storage units to prevent future incidents. I value the trust and safety provided by the company and hope that this matter can be resolved promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter. ... Read more

I would personally like to thank Sepi for all her help! She is VERY knowledgeable with so many logistics in regards to calculating the right space in her head, just having a simple conversation of what I have even though what I have in storage isn’t that much, she made sure though to show me the smaller unit just in case just to try to save me money. I am grateful for her and her expertise. ... Read more

Worst experience I've had with a storage facility. I reserved my unit online, but you have to go in the store to finalize before you can access the unit. Over a period of five days past the day that my storage was supposed to start, I visited the facility three different times during business hours (all different times - once around 3pm, once around noon, once at 9:30am), and no staff was present any time, doors were locked with no signs and no one visible inside. I tried calling about a dozen times. Even trying to get the direct number is sort of a challenge because the number listed everywhere just goes to a corporate bot line. I left messages no one returned. I finally got a hold of corporate, who told me all they could do was schedule an appointment with the property manager, so I did that. I showed up at 9am for my scheduled appointment, and again no one was present, and no one ever came. No one answered the phone when I called. I called the corporate customer service line again and finally just canceled my unit, six days after my rental was supposed to start without EVER having had access to the unit or been able to speak with anyone on site. I asked them to elevate my complaint because I felt someone should know this business is not being manned or operated at all. (Also - all of the times I came by, I saw multiple people try and get in also being confused by the locked doors and absence of staff, and also saw people putting a cart in the locked door to prop it open an leaving for long periods of time, so not sure how secure the facility even is). Low and behold, once I had my complaint escalated to the district manager, about an hour later I finally receive a call from the facility staff. They said they sometimes "step out" to "help the business next door". All in all i spent a few hours sitting in their parking lots, so I wouldn't consider that "stepping out," also that's just shady. The guy on the phone then said he would be around to meet with me if I came by after 2pm. At this point, it was 10AM and I had already been there since 9 waiting for my appointment to show up and then sitting on the phone with customer service. Their business hours are 9-6. You telling me you gotta "step out" for five hours of your 9 hour workday? Unprofessional as hell, took my money for nothing, wouldn't recommend and wouldn't go back. It's hard to get a real person on the phone from the bot line too. I switched to A1 storage in Glendale and have had a great experience there so far. ... Read more

This review is for Jose (manager) only! He himself does this place way better. He is very helpful, understanding and professional. The previous manager that I met there was terribly annoyed that I came just to check out the unit at 5.45 pm (yes, I was late but I needed just to take a look and 15 minutes is more than enough). Anyway Jose takes all the stars! ... Read more
