The guy helping us was awesome and friendly. He was knowledgeable and had personality which no one does. We had a 4 hour rental. Picked up truck at 3pm. Used the truck for 2 hours and returned the truck. Went maybe 10 miles. The truck was great, ran well drove smoothly was nice. We even put in $10 of gas to fill it back up. They still charged me $27 for filling up gas and $20 for an after hour check in. This is the dumbest thing I've ever heard of. I used to work for uhaul corporate and wow they have come along way. No wonder they are all HIGH and mighty. ... Read more

Excellent Service from Itzel & Roy! I had a great experience at the storage unit facility thanks to the outstanding help from Itzel and Roy. From the moment I walked in, they were both incredibly welcoming, professional, and efficient. Itzel made the check-in process smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions clearly and walking me through the rental details with patience. Roy was also extremely helpful—he assisted with the unit setup and made sure everything was clean, secure, and ready to go. Dino and Evelyn were very helpful throughout my storage rental process. They offered valuable insights and helped me get set up quickly. I went to a different storage facility prior to this one that wasn’t interested in helping me, so I left and had a much better experience here. Would definitely be coming back if I need a storage unit in the future. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
