A clean environment and a secured gate requiring a code. Not been able to reach the employee via the intercom function at the gate when I forgot my code and it was during business hours. Other than that issue, I have no complaints. Update 2021: Prices have gone up 40 percent in the last few years. Used to be 80 dollars a month for the smallest unit. Now it's $140 a month for the same unit. Definitely going to be getting rid of everything I can add in this economy it's just another unnecessary expense. Also, I have still literally never seen a live person actually working there whenever I have gone in. It's been years. I'm sure now the place is run by ghosts. ... Read more

This place is great. I struggle just trying to survive month to month on social security disability and sometimes it gets really hard to make a payment and if youve ever lost everything you own incuding photos of your adult children while they were growing up this is really stressful. These people are not out to own your things and are very understanding. They work so good with you you feel like its too good to be true but it is true. Affordable. Friendly compassionate and highly recommended by me. Sonia Wismer ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

To open your storage unit door, start by unlocking it, whether it uses a traditional padlock or a Bluetooth-enabled smart lock. Once unlocked, grab the bottom handle and lift or pull up the roll-up door until it’s fully open.

If you’re using the unit for the first time, make sure the lock is properly removed before opening the door to avoid damage.

Security helps protect your belongings while they’re in storage and gives you peace of mind between visits. Many self storage facilities use a combination of features such as video surveillance, gated access, on-site management, and well-lit premises to help deter unauthorized access.
