They are scammers. I removed my belongings on August 23. I called the day before to ask everything necessary for check out. The person told me that all I had to do was remove my belongings before the end of the month (the 31st which I did). No one was at the office because it was a Sunday I guess. I called the next day and left a voicemail asking for any additional direction and informing them I moved out. No one answered the phone or called back. I called again 3 days later and explained the same thing. No one answered again or called back. Today, September 3, I got a text asking for my bill. I called and left a voicemail and someone called back and was extremely rude. He said I was supposed to take the lock off which I was not told, why would I take a lock off that doesn’t belong to me. He yelled at me and said they were sending my bill to collections. I find it horrible that they did not answer me for 10 days but conveniently waited until after the bill was due to contact me. I could have resolved this before the end of the month if they did their job. They are clearly scammers. That man yelled at me and hung up the phone, he was very ignorant and unprofessional, I will never use this storage again. ... Read more

I recently used Public Storage on MacArthur Believe in the Dimond area, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. Customer Service: The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They took the time to explain all the options available, walked me through the rental process, and ensured I understood everything clearly. Their approachable demeanor made the entire process stress-free. Cleanliness: The facility was super clean! Both the storage units and common areas were well-maintained and immaculate, which gave me confidence in storing my belongings there. Security: Safety was clearly a top priority. The facility had good security features, including surveillance cameras, gated access, and well-lit pathways. I felt completely assured that my items were in good hands. Convenience: The location was close by and easy to access. The moving carts provided on-site were a huge help, making it simple to transport my items.
