Such a clean, safe facility. It’s really tucked away off of Camino Tassajara so it feels even safer that not everyone driving by knows it’s there. Every time I have been there the manger, Jay, has been so friendly and I’ve been so pleased with the customer service. Highly recommend if you ever need storage, long term or short term, I’ve been to many self storages in past and Danville Self Storage is top tier!

Excellent facility that is climate controlled and very secure with code needed to enter unit or alarm sounds. Always staffed with knowledgeable and friendly people! Other storage facilities have rodents, moths and moisture problems that I don’t want to deal with.

Barbara and the guys have been super helpful and were always available to answer questions. I would suggest that the corporate office look into changing the policy about not allowing shipping containers on site. It seems to be a liability issue but other companies allow it. That being said I have nothing but positive reviews for the staff and the site and would use them again!

Greetings to all who read this. I have used storages throughout my entire life starting with my mom and now in my early 60s. But the experience you receive at a facility is important. I really enjoyed the fact that I was not talking to AI first or someone out of the USA. The way our world has changed it was one of the selling points for me. I love people. Friday the 22nd, I needed a new place to rent and I saw the ad for Allsafe storage facility and thought let me go look at it. After talking with Dustine in San Leandro and visiting that site for a viewing, I realized I needed an outside unit. So I called again to Allsafe and a gal name Trisha helped me, she shared what they had to offer and what special they have running right now. So over the phone, in like 20 to 25 minutes, I was renting a space. I landed in the Dublin location. As I needed a lock and had some things to off load, I then meet Mercedes who runs the location. It was a very pleasant experience to work with her and she answered a few more questions that I had and now im all ready to move in. Thank you to Allsafe for using live real humans to answer phones and the great courtesy I received from Dunstine, Trisha, and Mercedes. Oh initially I spoke with a gentleman from San Jose location I believe who directed me to San Leandro location. I apologize I didn't remember his name. I am satisfied immensely, with the old-fashioned customer service touch.This company provided.

I have been renting from Dublin Self Storage for over 20 years. Teresa, who runs the property is amazing. She is very efficient, friendly professional, and has been really helpful throughout the years. I’m really gonna miss her. In all the years I’ve rented from there I have had no issues with my storage unit at all no theft no someone picking the lock. Nothing I would highly recommendthis place if you ever need to store something.
