Our family had the difficult task of storing the items of a family member until they were able to pick them up. It was becoming expensive for me to provide the (rental space) help for them but Jen (customer service representative) gave us excellent advice and dealt with us kindly . She has wonderful customer service skills & kept us in continuous communication. Our family would like to acknowledge Jen for her professional support & kindness. She made the transition from family member to family member a success. Thank you Jen. ... Read more

I really didn’t wanna write this review, but I was forced to at this point. I went online and rented a space from them because I do have another space at this facility. I’ve never had any issues any problems other than my unit appeared that someone was trying to break into it from the other side of the unit. Pictures was taken nothing was done about that. The office was notified, and they said that they would have to make arrangements to me to leave a key with them or transfer me to another unit at my expense, which I found to be rather weird. It’s like they charge you for everything so in any event moving forward, I rented another space from them because I felt like it was a cool place to rent from so up on renting that space I completed the transaction online someone at their facility decided to take it upon themselves to charge my card for an additional space and an additional lock, which I did not authorize. I called the corporate office and explain to them that these were fraudulent charges. I never authorized anyone to charge my account for another space which would’ve meant. I had three spaces there and this was on 23 July. I have yet to receive a refund today is August 5 I have not received a refund yet they’re playing games with my money. I reached out to them to find out what was going on. They told me that it was still in review on a space that I never rented and they sent an email saying that thank you for coming into the office to rent a space. I was in a whole entire different state at the time that the transaction went through while they were saying thank you for visiting the location and I’m explaining hey you have someone working for you that’s committing fraud And it needs to be addressed and I still haven’t received my money and for the space that I did rent online as you can see the pictures that I posted below that’s the unit that they rented to me so assuming that I could just Sith to another unit because I never moved in , of course I did not want to take that unit because of this huge hole that’s in the wall they charge me a transfer fee for a decent space because they fail ti maintain the units obviously so because their property is raggedy I have to pay I don’t know what type of scam Public Storage is running no one is hardly ever there during business hours gif forbid you have to use the restroom you better go offsite , a huge scam at this point not to mention when they did the fraudulent charges on my card One of the representative called me and told me we see that you removed your card from our file and I explained to Jennifer, which is who called me that yes of course I removed my card because fraudulent charges were put on my card for a unit. She claimed that she was gonna take care of it and she had been on vacation for two weeks and things that went haywire in the 2 weeks she took off OK fine at the end of the day I still haven’t received my money back. They’re calling me telling me that I have rent due on a unit I still haven’t moved in I explained to them when you guys give me my money back for the money that was stolen that was unauthorized then I’ll pay for the unit But to charge me for a raggedy unit to charge me a transfer fee charge me for locks for something that I did not rent and I have my own locks is crazy and today is the 5th and my money still hasn’t been returned the District manager still hasn’t returned my calls so at this point BBB and the news will be my next call in the morning I don’t like liars and theives public storage definitely need to do better as a multi million dollar company so Joseph D Russell Jr. it’s time you check in on the people you are hiring. To operate these locations rent goes up and service gets worse that’s bad business no excuse for stealing no matter what ... Read more

I was required to pay the $20 lock fee in order to complete online sign up process. Lock was to be provided at unit upon arrival. Access to the units is until 9 pm. If you get there after 6pm nobody is there at front office. No lock provided when I arrived at 6pm. Had to get my own lock during high wind power outage… entire city is blacked out. Tired of online signups and companies who are quick to sign you up, charge you but fall short in the details. A couple of folders with important info is all I wanted to store, other than that it sucks paying a monthly fee for storing my things which I can live without if I had to. ... Read more

Had items stolen. A bit of info about the property The past property manager "Aeisha" would encourage people give her positive reviews to help her get promoted(im sure you can tell by the vague positive reviews you will see for this location) . She would sleep on the job often and was never present. The new one "Jennifer" has limited knowledge of her job. Not sure how she was hired or if she's a replacement until someone with more competence can step in. The district manager "Fernando" has no intention of helping clients. Merely passing time with excuses about how he's never available. I had items stolen from the site. They said they called me "lie" .. and didn't receive a call back. However if I were late on payment, they'd leave several messages. Smh. You can't make this up. I beleive they stole the items I'm missing. They are the only ones who has access. Broke my.lock and left it inside storage unit. Claim they have cameras. However wont let me see them. So disappointed in this place. $400/month for one year and I get items stolen before I leave. ... There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that Public Storage - 6379 Mission Blvd has to offer. These amenities include Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, First Floor Access and Online Payment. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The storage units offered by Public Storage - 6379 Mission Blvd can satisfy all of your storage needs. Different sizes here range from 25 to 200 square feet. You can go for smaller units if you don't have a lot of items to store, while choosing a larger space is recommended in case you need to store a lot of furniture, bigger items or even vehicles.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

Storage units offered by Public Storage - 6379 Mission Blvd come at a variety of prices, starting from $54 per month for typically smaller units. However, larger spaces can set you back up to $255 a month.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
