Came I with one question and was treated very rude. Believe my stolen boat was being stored there and just asked is they could check the cf # for me and give me a call back. Never got a return call after being treated so rudely. May karma keep them wrapped in her warm arms for life. ... Read more

Diane, the facilitator, is a kind hearted person who has always been very helpful and friendly. Cirby Self-Storage is conveniently located, and the prices are very competitive. Being the owner of MovesMadeEasy, my full service moving co., I've utilized Cirby Self-Storage for years. There's parking for my large moving trucks and trailers, and units available in many sizes. When a customer asks me for a local storage recommendation, I always suggest Cirby Self-Storage. ... Read more

DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR THINGS!! We had some of our things stolen from here, and someone else's added to ours!!! How does something like this happen with a code for the gate and cameras? We should've been wary when we got a message in the mail two years ago saying that "our lock had accidentally been cut and they were replacing it"...Bad mistake trusting them when we called...Diane said that the lock was replaced. We haven't been to our unit in over three years due to distance, work, school, etc... A few days ago , when we finally made it here...she admitted that the lock was off for a short period of time...Maybe it was during this time that people came in a stole my husband's tools, weedeater, his deceased sister's things, a 100 year old chest, movies on VHS and DVD, some can't be replaced, music, books, wall paintings, a guitar that his sister bought him, two tapestries that I've had for years and were gifts!!! All of my wind chimes that I've had for years!!! Whatever they didn't steal...they ripped open most of the remaining boxes and bags, and put their nasty crap on top of ours...JUST THREW IT IN!!! They had boxes of make-up, rubber stamps, incense, porn, some clothes, condoms..weird stuff for a storage unit?! They also left their beer bottles , as well! We didn't even get an apology from Diane...just "well, you were late a few times"...does that give someone the right to steal from you?! NO!!! They other lady working there kept saying, "I don't know anything about this, I didn't do anything.." she also left the office when the police came...which I found suspicious, as well! If you dare rent from here...INSURE YOUR THINGS!! AND DON'T KEEP ANYTHING OF SENTIMENTAL VALUE!!! DON'T TRUST THEIR SECURITY HERE NOR THE LOCKED GATE!!! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that Cirby Self Storage - 175 Cirby Way has to offer. These amenities include Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Online Payment and RV Storage. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
