Love these guys. Have had a shed with them for over a year now. Have been late on payments a couple of months, yet they're willing to work with you, as long as you keep in contact with them. Clean units and well maintained location. A solid 4 of 5 Issues: Gate hours and availability. Not all of us run bankers hours... ... Read more

I rented a unit with the intent to move my things there but unexpected change of plans arose so I never did actually move in. I called to cancel the unit about a week later. The person who answered the phone was very pleasant and was actually concerned about my wellbeing. He said he would cancel and did not even charge me for the week that they could have rented to someone else. Thank you for being so Kind unlike some business practices that treat people only as dollar signs. ... Read more

My stuff has been stolen 4 times now! And they tell me I can leave anytime! WOW, really that's how you treat a customer whose been here many years, whose paid my rent always (even if it was late), then they argue with me anytime they are in the wrong-which is quite a bit, this is the WORST storage to store anything you want to keep! I'm not over exaggerating either, they keep making me pay for things like if I stay past 7pm then they charge me 25$ & I once followed another car out & didn't put my gate code in & they say I hafta pay another 25$ for that, and the list goes on & on, I am struggling so bad right now and they keep charging me for things I know are not right! ... Well you know they say they're the first time for everything and I have to give this rating of five star I had have a storage here for a few years and it's only a storage unit but the management here goes out of their way for customer service every single time I was late on my storage before and I'm thinking the worst maybe I lost it it was around Christmas time and I want to go pay it up and they even gave me a discount never had a problem with my unit every time I needed any assistance to management with more than happy to help me they really go out of their way here for their customers. As my 3 years here I cannot find anything wrong with any of the visits I had to my storage they are so polite and kind and professional hands down the best storage facility in the Sacramento area. ...
