The management onsite are rather an embarrassment to the company and community people work hard to reshape their lives and depend on these companies to provide services accomitable. Never the les, this company ommits any wrong doing or negligence on the owners behalf which covers there end legally. My experience was a nightmare of racial profiling, but profanity false accusations, extortion, improper conduct and misuse of authority. I'VE been there a long time. Wish I had never rented there. When I first rented there, they opened the gate from 6am to 9pm. I 'm a contractor and the hours were good for conducting business. I spent over a thousand dollars for shelving and have a double garage door storage. Soon after I had everything in order in the storage units, the owner changed the hours to 9am to 6pm. Most business requires that you be on the job by 9am or before, and there is no way to get back and unload, and stage tools and materials for the next day. When I complained to the management, they said the owner didn't care. I'VE been stuck there ever since, and rented yet another storage space at a cleaner, safer, rat free, 24 hour access U-Haul storage facility. I now pay almost as much as I pay for for living expenses as I do for storing my tools and materials. Did I mention the many times that thieves have tried to break into the units. Been a horror story for me. ... Read more
