This place is convenient for me and I have been in the same unit for 13 years, but recently they have cut their hours way back making it a pain to get in on the weekends. Ok, I understand that labor is tight right now, and I have not complained, but this morning, I went to the office in the pouring rain to show them my proof of insurance (requested by them). I saw there were people inside. A woman opened the door, saw me, and shut and locked it. I motioned thru the glass that I had my proof of insurance, and she came to the door and opened it. She said thanks, took the document from my hand, and began to retreat inside the office. I asked her if she could just make a copy, and she replied, "yes, but you'll have to wait until we open". I asked what time they open, and she replied "9, in 2 minutes from now" (it was closer to one minute until 9). So, she went back in to the office, locked the door, and returned a few seconds later to unlock the door, leaving me in the pouring rain. I entered the office and she made a copy. I thought it was very pour service to insist that a customer wait in the rain until her clock had reached a little after 9, so asked if I could have the information to contact her supervisor, and she said, "no, I will have her call you when she has a chance." I wouldn't think of treating my customer like this. It was horrendous service and very inefficient as well. It wasn't like she had time to finish opening the office, or do anything meaningful at all in the minute she kept me out in the rain. It was just a petty, arrogant, exercise of the tiny bit of power she had been entrusted with. I am rethinking my loyalty to this place, and I encourage anyone looking for storage to go any place else. 13 years, of paying my bill in full, on time, and this is my thanks! ... Read more

These are really helpful. The spaces and areas in general are really clean and accessible. Also, the price for the space provided is great. The site is close freeways as well as the border crossing. I couldn't ask for a better site for my needs, being that my business is on both sides of the border. Also, the staff helped out a lot. Super satisfied with the service. ... Read more
