Customer Service was really great! I was helped by Kay! Thanks Kay for being very knowledgeable and answering all my questions and concerns. She is very polite and respectful. She also showed me the storage unit before proceeding with the rental, which was great as well! The insides were clean, little to no dirt/debris and its an outside unit. Thanks again Kay! Also, would recommend this place for anyone in need of storage space either temporarily or whenever, really. ... Read more

Kay told me that : When I move out, that I would be pro-rated for days left"! Not that I'm closing my account after 2 years and have 10 days left, Public Storage is refusing to Honor Kay statement. None working restroom. Smashed electrical panel hanging from exterior wall Homeless incampments all around the place! Burned out incampment at the entrance! NOT SAFE !! When it rains roof leaks and the insurance Public Storage makes you pay for each month. Doesn't pay! Just a way to jack up the monthly rate! This Facility is a public Hazard! Find somewhere else cheaper, safer! Would not recommend it to my worst enemy ?? Check out the pictures ?? ... Read more
