Clean, reasonably priced, reat location, and did I say clean.... carts are available, security system works well and the service you'll get is better than any storage place around. Employees are helpful, great about communicating or resolving issues and run a great place to store what you have. If your from Boston you may get a warmer welcome and love the service even better. ... Read more

Getting set up was easy. Paying online is ok. The web site is a little slow and looks a bit dated, but it ALWAYS works. Always clean. The entry isn't level, and you REALLY have to slow down early from the street turn in. ... Read more

I have been a customer since the beginning over 10 years. The staff is friendly and professional and the facilities are super super clean, and secured, their prices are better than anywhere around. There is pride in ownership of this location. Its the only place I will ever use. I have since moved out of the county and still have a unit there its worth the drive for me, I've found nothing that compares. I am a customer for life. ... My husband has used this storage for more than 5 years since it is closed to our home. Every weekend, we walked our dogs there and get or store whatever we need. Barb and Greg (I believe that was his name since he was gone due to personal reason for quite awhile) were always friendly and talked to us and played with our dogs. We stopped by one time in summer to update our credit card information and she invited us and our dogs inside because she said it was really hot out there, which I didn't since I don't want our dogs bother them. Until last week, they have this new young person, Steve, was completely rude and I believe he is prejudice due to my Asian ethic. As I said, we walked our dogs there all these years, so same as last Saturday, we walked our dogs on leash on the grass outside of their back fence since it was shade there, he drove the storage truck, stop on the street, standing at the truck door, yelled out loud, "I don't know what you are trying to do back there, get out of our property". I was on the grass around 5 feet away from their back rod iron fence. My husband and I heard that and we were angry and shocked since we could feel that he said such thing because I am Asian and my husband is Mexican. We walked in the office to complain and he pretended that he didn't say anything. We have never felt as angry and insulted as that day, never thought at this century and still have such racist human being. The front desk lady said the owner or manager will reach out to us but I have waited for a week to see how they handle this and no phone call nor email. We will use other storage facility for sure. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
