It’s overall good. The storage itself is nice and convenient. But the prices are a little high. My storage is really not that big and I’m paying almost $130 a month. Seems a bit much. But they take advantage of that when you need the storage. Also literally every time I go there, the front desk people never want to help and just look at you like you’re bothering them. Hella awkward lol. ... Read more

I will enter more details later. The main point is the staff are very helpful, pleasant and professional. The points lost are because of the corporate rules of Public Storage. Not satisfied with the company. Access time, pricing, other restrictions. Again, I want to emphasize that the staff are actually the best thing in this place. Although the location is great access can be challenging because of multiple traffic lights in the area. It’s a highly congested area with multiple traffic lights. ... Read more

Mariah has been exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable regarding renting my unit here in So Cal, as far as size of unit and area in the facility, particularly in regard to my needs for the time and space that I am utilizing. She has been helpful and courteous when there have been other customers in the office, acknowledging each person and and thanking them for their patience. She has even called me to let me know of closing hours so I do not go over the closing hours…violation. I’m very appreciative of her excellent customer service and, a side note, the bathrooms have been much cleaner! ... Read more

Christi and Mariah were such a delight for us. Christi greeted us immediately as we walked in and helped us out with such an amazingly positive and friendly attitude. It was such a quick and easy experience and because of Christi. I wouldn't choose anyone else except Christi to help me out. She was so amazing. ... Read more

I have been a long-time customer at this facility, which is clean and well-maintained. I went in to make my payment, and Mariah S. gave me courteous, professional service to resolve an issue that I didn’t even know I could get help with. She is aware of a customer’s needs - I watched her give great service to the person in front of me in line. And she made me feel valued as a customer! A+++ for Mariah - she is a credit to Public Storage! ... Read more

All the locks are the same. My friend got her unit broken into and property stolen and it was evidently an inside job because lock wasn't visibly tampered with. My friend and I and another friend came in today and nobody was there when we needed a dolly. Thank goodness a FedEx man came and carried four boxes out for us. Looks like employees are doing holiday shopping in the storage units. I will be supporting my friend through the whole process. A police report is being filed, hopefully they cooperate without court being required. If you have no other choice but to choose this place please secure your property with an additional lock and take pictures each time you go for documentation. The insurance they have only covers 5 grand so complete coverage falls on the unit tenants. Unfortunately my friend didn't think this would be something required because theoretically the place is protected but since everyone is packing their audacity this season I recommend having additional insurance. It is worth noting that the only way to access the units is a QR code/keypad. The locks say on them property of public storage - so they have a master lock for all of them. Unconscionable. ... Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.
