Extra Space Storage made the rental transaction so easy. I thought this process was going to be a difficult one , but I was so wrong . The phone representative I spoke to initially was great and gave me the best deal available. I paid over the phone using their safety card processing service. They sent me digital documents to finalize my rental. Once I went to the storage facility in Santa Fe Springs, I was assisted by Rebecca, she is great !! Made everything so easy. She offered to give me a tour of my rental unit . I really appreciate her great customer service . They also have a mobile app for easy entry to units .

Everyone I’ve come into contact with at extra storage has been nothing short of amazing. They helped me find the most cost effective location (close to me), were able to change my storage to a larger, more accessible one last minute (literally when I pulled in), were kind, helpful, called me when they realized I left it unlocked one day so I could make sure to take care of it, and made the exit process super seamless. I recently rented (accidentally) a locker online because I was looking for the cheapest I can find due to us driving around with our queen size mattress and box spring on top of our car along with our 3 babies (doggies) and we are trying to sell our car. We went to storage and when I saw what I rented (4x4) locker I knew I messed up. I went on the website and immediately put in a transfer and got a reply saying I would hear from management the next business day. Well my wife and I went into the office and met Rebecca the assistant manager and she was the best voice we heard all day! This is my first time renting a storage unit and it was a very good experience. Christina and everyone there is very helpful in making the whole process very simple. The rent may go up a little after a couple months but it's very clean, very safe, and very convenient.
