I’ve used this storage facility for years. Shari has gone above and beyond with her great customer service. She is wonderful at her job and I wouldn’t ask anyone else for help. Once again Shari, thank you!!! ... Read more

I have had a terrible experience with Public Storage, especially at the Penn location. This company is quick to take your money; however, the staff, Shari and Kim, consistently provide poor service. They often ignore customers in person and dismiss requests for help, even when the provided app fails to work properly for getting into the gates and storage units. Based on my experience, they must ask their family members or friends to write any positive reviews to prevent more accurate reviews of their poor work ethic to appear as recent. Shari and Kim should not be representing this company. ... Read more

Kim, the property manager, is extremely unprofessional and lacks basic customer service skills. I called twice before my payment was due to ask for help and left voicemails, but no one returned my calls. When I later requested a late fee waiver, Kim dismissed my concern, saying they’re often “out in the facility.” My first call was made at 2:47 PM, and my second at 3 PM, and the location closes at 6 PM—so no one was available for three plus hours? Rather than acknowledging the lack of follow-up, Kim became condescending, even saying, “we sent you emails, and I believe we had this conversation before,” which came across as patronizing and unhelpful. People can miss emails or not remember a conversation weeks later—that is why I called for assistance PRIOR to the due date. This experience showed a lack of leadership, understanding, and professionalism. If you choose Public Storage, I highly recommend going to another location to avoid dealing with Kim and this poor level of service. ... Read more

I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS PLACE. If I could - stars I would. Don’t rent here the workers are liars all they did to me since I’ve gotten the unit is up my rent say they haven’t received my payments when they’ve all been taken from my account. My rent is supposed to be $50 went up to $179 then up again to $195 now I paid them for my storage THREE TIMES IN ONE MONTH that’s $600 to them that they claimed they never received… now they said there going to put it up for auction after I’ve paid for the fourth time in four weeks!! They won’t answer ANY OF MY CALLS. What a bunch of scammers. If you’re thinking about getting a storage here DONT save your money, your time, and the headache. ... Read more

I rented a unit today and your property manager Valerie was absolutely amazing. She took the time to show me multiple units and give me a tour. She walked with me through both buildings to make sure I found just the right space. She went to find a dolly to help me get one. She was pleasant and offered the highest level of customer service. She went out of her way to make sure my visit today was a good one. I highly highly recommend this public storage location. ... Read more
