Jojo is the BEST! From the moment I walked in, she was super friendly, professional, and went out of her way to make sure I got exactly what I needed. The facility is clean and secure, but honestly, it was Jojo’s customer service that really stood out. She deserves all the stars! ... Read more

Update: 4/5/2025 Facility recently bought out buy Public Storage. Access hours have decreased by one hour, rental rates have skyrocketed though units currently rented have not changed volume, security cameras presence has decreased significantly.... Having been to hundreds of a PS locations nationwide - of which I've had a positive experience with only two facilities - I know exactly what direction things are headed in which means I'll be on my way out. Been storing my crap here for years with no issues until now. Shame PS doesn't give two shits about having loyal customers and would rather price folks out of their units to open them up for lord knows what sorts of degenerates to move in for $1 lol. Best of luck to whoever continues storing their stuff here guaranteed break ins will become more frequent and shifty activities similarly will be more common - seems to be the PS way. ?????????? 4/12/25: third time since PS took over that the front gate has been left wide open over night. ... Anyway The customer service for the new company has been spot on; Patty, helped me over the phone, and was even nicer, in person! The gate access hours have changed, they close an hour earlier. But, so far, so good. ... Read more
