My mother used a storage unit here since 2009, and has mentioned how happy she’s been with it and how nice the people here are. I recently came into town because she’s had to move into a care facility and—among other things—I went to clear her storage unit out. The owner and the other employees here were amazing. Friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful—going above and beyond to help me get things settled. The storage unit itself was great, and you can’t beat the price. ... Read more

If you have a trailer here, you should go check on it. They are allowing people to steal the trailers and who knows what else and not willing to do anything about it! Our trailer was stolen from here and we didn’t know until we went to check on it and it wasn’t there. They acted like they didn’t know what happened, even though her husband was laughing and saying he noticed it was gone. So, if he noticed it was gone, why didn't they call us?! Possibly an inside job. Very suspicious. They told us there was another trailer stolen a week before ours was taken. How did they know it was a week before if they didn't notice it leaving the lot. Also, how convenient for them that the cameras just happened to be not working the day and time that ours went missing. Please go check on your belongings you have here! Then make other storage arrangements with a reputable facility. ... Read more

If you have a trailer here or anything else, you might want to go check in your stuff. They are allowing people to go steal the trailers and who knows what else and not willing to do anything about it! Our 5th wheel was stolen and destroyed from here and we didn’t know until we went to check on it and it wasn’t there. They acted like they didn’t know what happened and weren’t willing to cooperate with us so we had to call the police. Please go check on your belongings you have here! ... Read more

Absolutely AAAAWFUL!! I have no words to express how unbelievably INCOMPETENT, RUDE and DISHONEST the people are who run this place. You can never understand what the female owner Lynda says and they both just sit there and STARE at you like you are some alien creature bothering them! Heaven forbid... If you are even so much as a FEW MOMENTS late paying your rent (even though they are hardly there to receive payments and can barely work their system as others have said), they IMMEDIATELY threaten to auction off your storage unit. I have had this happen more than once. The woman Lynda is so unbelievably RUDE and could care less about even trying to lift a finger for her customers and the storage units get water and other debris in them because they are so poorly insulted! ... This is BY FAR THEE WORST storage unit in Brighton, the employees are slow, lazy, they arent even in the office most of the time and dont even know how to use a damn computer, not only that but the units (and the office) are dirty, the ground is always muddy and flooded when it rains. Also, I have never set foot there without the female employee waddling her ass out to me to rudely nag me about some stupid s**t that Im supposedly doing wrong, like backing up when other people are blocking me, or playing my music while I unload things into storage. God forbid I call to make a payment over the phone, that takes half the frikken day and the lady needed to get outside help to verify that she was taking payment for my account! If I were you, I'd take my business elsewhere, as I fully plan to do after this month. I suggest trying County Line Storage, they are WAY better, cleaner and just around the corner from these unprofessional idiots. ... Read more
