They just literally raised our rate 50% with less than 30 days notice and when we asked about it, they said “sorry, try again when we raise it again in 3 months”. You’ll be playing locker bingo every 3 months to keep your rate at anything close to fair. It should be illegal to raise someone’s rate 50% but giving 2 weeks notice? Awful business. ... Read more

So while doing a walk through for my reservation I was shown a unit in the C area of the storage facility as well as the B area and when I saw the C building unit it was absolutely covered in oil on the flooring. I would say atleast 35-40% of the floor was covered in car fluids. They could not guarantee the unit i wanted, which is fine, but nobody should be forced to receiving the unit from the C Building before requiring 3rd party vendors to come and clean that concrete. That unit should not be staged to be sold and you guys on this property should be ashamed. That property is so out of being audit ready its not even funny. Check your staged units, no one should be forced to store their personal items on top of oil soaked concrete. ... Read more

The process of getting a storage unit was great, very simple online application process, access code was texted to me promptly, move-in was very easy. My only suggestion would be to have a map with the building and unit numbers to make it easier to locate unit for the first time. ... Read more

Terrible to deal with. I have been renting a 10x10 unit from them for over 2 1/2 years. Rent started at 160$ a month and now is 340$ a month. Without notice they raise their rates. That’s besides the point. I have been out in Montana for the last 1 1/2 years working. Recently I have lost a very close family member which required me to move back home to Minnesota. I have been living in a camper so i needed to tow that back to Minnesota. I drove through Colorado and unpacked my storage unit, filled my camper floor to ceiling and was unable to get everything loaded up. I left very few things (rugs, coffee table, bed frame, etc). No one was there so i wasn’t able to leave the key for my unit. I called them the following Monday, let them know my situation and they said they would see what they could do and never heard back. Well i followed up with them and told them I’ll sign a waiver or do whatever for them to have my permission to cut the lock and clean it out. I was willing to pay a fee for them to clean the few items out that were left in there. Well instead of them following up with me they continue to charge me fees and rent. It’s been 1 1/2 months and my bill is now 1300$. I have called multiple times and have gotten no where with them. ... Read more

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at this Public Storage facility, particularly regarding Corrie, the exceptional property manager. From day one, she has provided outstanding customer service and truly made us feel valued as customers. We've rented both indoor climate-controlled units with gate access and 24-hour accessible units, and the facility has exceeded our expectations in every way. The security features, including the gated entry system, give us peace of mind knowing our belongings are well-protected at all times. What really sets this facility apart is Corrie's dedication to customer care. She is always professional, responsive, and smiling. She goes above and beyond to address any questions or concerns. The facility itself is immaculately maintained, with clean hallways and well-lit areas. Having 24-hour access to certain units has been incredibly convenient, allowing us to retrieve items whenever needed. The indoor units provide excellent protection from the elements, and the climate control gives us confidence that our sensitive items are properly preserved. Corrie regularly walks the property to ensure everything is in order and frequently checks in with tenants to make sure their needs are being met. This level of personal attention is rare to find these days, and it makes a significant difference in the overall storage experience. If you're looking for a secure, well-managed storage facility with exceptional customer service, I highly recommend this Public Storage location. Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
