This storage place in Montrose used to be great. Good security and good, friendly, and professional communication from the staff, and the maintenance was done daily. That has seemed to change with the new management or ownership, as of October of 2025. The security is less secure, the maintenance like leaf blowing and emptying trash is lacking. I do not trust having my belongings here now. I would like to see a physical presence that is here more than 18 hours a week, and a full time on-site security guard would go along way to fixing the apparent mess that this place looks to have become, all since the recent change. ...
