Outstanding customer service and impeccable facilities. Units are new, well lit, plenty of security, easy access, fair pricing, and plenty of payment options. I was in a tough spot when trying to move and didn’t know how long I would need the unit. Really was not interested in auto pay and thankfully I didn’t have to sign up for that. I was able to pay over the phone and online monthly. Stacy was always quick to respond with any questions I had and my move out was a breeze. I highly recommend this location for storage. ... Hello, I was in desperate need of a couple storage units. Andy and Stacie were absolutely amazing, and completely went out of their ways to talk to me, care about my moving issue, and bent over backwards to help me. Other storage unit companies just want your money and don't want to listen. Bristol self storage on 185 Curtiss Street in Bristol is the only place I will ever go to now for self storage. HIGHLY recommend. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
