    The buildings are not waterproof. In addition, they don't notify tenants if there has been a leak. I opened my unit and found a mattress complete covered in mold. They were clearly aware of the problem since when I went in, they had all the doors open to the buildings with industrial fans going but again, they didn't bother sharing information with their renters that water had gotten into units.
