Dana and her staff are the beat. I had 1 of their bigger units for 10 years. I had some financial proplems a few times and they worked with me and treated me as a friend/family. Not just as a customer/tenant. Their prices are very fair and the units are well kept inside the fenced/gated facility. AND they keep everything secure with multiple security cameras and a gate that needs a pin code to enter. All & all.... A damn nice place run by some damn nice people. ... Read more

Some units have holes that rain can destroy the stuff. The referral program is good because you get $20 off for one month but I would recommend don't go there. I had some boxes and some furniture in there for 2 yrs. I had to throw mostly everything away because they are in bad shape, have bugs and mold. After that I wrote to Dana, the manager, that I don't need the unit anymore. The next month I got a late notice because they didn't trash my things. They do have a trash & cleaning fee. and I contacted Dana but she refused to talk to me after she send an email. The BBB didn't help. She did trash my things but still charge me rent, late and cleaning fees. She won't send the bill to me and send the bill to collections. Don't trust this shady place. They out to get your money only and they don't care if your thing get damage. ... Read more

This was the closest storage facility to our apartment. In the end we went with one 15-minutes away. The facilities are showing their age and need to be updated. They don't offer making payments online either. The friendly St. Bernard in the front office nearly sold us on this place though. ... Read more
