Mrs.Pat is wonderful person, but the communication at this place is horrible. I've called multiple times and have yet to receive a response. I have paid ON TIME and on multiple occasions my storage pin doesn't work. I would not recommend this business at all. ... Read more

This place is great! It's in a quiet area with easy access.The manager, Pat, always seems to be on her A Game and makes herself available to make sure things are running smoothly. I called this facility as a last minute decision due to a change in my moving plans and it has been one of the most pleasant experiences that I've had. Betsy was very helpful and friendly over the phone. I explained a few details about my situation and she was able to give me a quote. The next day I went to go look at the unit and make a possible deposit. Again, I was met with a friendly deposition. The unit was perfect for what I needed and the location put my mind at ease. I have never rented a storage unit before and I have heard quite a few horror stories, but my skepticism and worries were quickly put to rest. It is tucked away from the main road and the whole area is gated. The owner also lives nearby, so that aided my thoughts also. I could not have asked for an easier, more pleasant experience.
