Read some helpful reviews of My Neighborhood Storage Center at 108 East Colonial Drive, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

I’ve been a customer at My Neighborhood Storage Center of Magnolia in Orlando for several years, and the main reason I’ve remained loyal is because of Amanda, the manager. While staff turnover can be common, Amanda has been the constant, dependable presence at this location for the past three years. Her commitment to excellence is evident in everything she does, whether personally ensuring the restrooms are clean for customers or going the extra mile to investigate incidents on the property. I once found her meticulously reviewing footage and details to determine who had hit the gate; her attention to detail and dedication to maintaining a secure and welcoming facility truly impressed me. Amanda is consistently friendly, professional, and accommodating. Her positive energy and genuine care for the property and the customers make a huge difference. She is the heart of this location, and I cannot speak highly enough of her service and commitment. ... Read more

I just moved into a storage unit and had a very positive experience. Amanda was very helpful with the application process. She was very supportive - having been employed there for quite awhile. It’s always a good sign when an employee has been there for several years, and is positive about their employment. She went above and beyond to make sure my move in was a smooth one. I liked the locked storage bay access while unloading. The inside storage facility is clean, seemed safe and is climate controlled. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that My Neighborhood Storage Center - 108 East Colonial Drive has to offer. These amenities include Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Parking, Multi-Level Storage and Online Payment. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The storage units offered by My Neighborhood Storage Center - 108 East Colonial Drive can satisfy all of your storage needs. Different sizes here range from 25 to 300 square feet. You can go for smaller units if you don't have a lot of items to store, while choosing a larger space is recommended in case you need to store a lot of furniture, bigger items or even vehicles.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

Storage units offered by My Neighborhood Storage Center - 108 East Colonial Drive come at a variety of prices, starting from $69 per month for typically smaller units. However, larger spaces can set you back up to $407 a month.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
