Severe rat infestation. I'd highly advise using plastic containers if you intend on renting a unit here. Luckily the items I had in plastic containers were intact, unlike the items in cardboard containers that were covered in excrement Update: Contacted property manager to schedule an inspection of unit. I arrived at the scheduled time and no one was there at the office to speak of. No one responded to any of my phone inquiries. I’ll be canceling my lease this is unacceptable ... Read more

I rented this unit in November 2024 it was supposed to be $60 month in January they raised the rent to $84 and in March they raised it to $117 without notifying me because I was setup on autopay! They are crooks the units are smaller than they say and they are full of cockroaches and rats and they only offer $250 in insurance so run far away! I will be throwing everything away that cannot be pressure washed because I cannot put it in my garage anymore risk bringing roaches or rats to my home! ... Read more

The big lady with the mini red Afro at the front desk has a nasty nonchalant attitude and seemed disinterested and unhelpful like she doesn’t want to work at times and all she want to do is go back home and forth with customers like she owns the place. I would appreciate better customer service and a more welcoming attitude in the future.” ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
