I’ve used many storage units in the area my time I’ve never had one jump up so high as With storage quest. I got the unit for $219 with the lock and insurance and everything on it which is outrageous to begin with it’s a 10 x 15 and now after four months like the other storage unit I have with them which is a 10 x 10 which was raised by $10 a couple times. This one was raised by $70. They get in with the low monthly fee for the first month and then they raise the price tremendously and then after four months if you’ve got a big storage unit 10 x 15 they’re going to Jack by $70. When can Friday with this the staff is rude. They miss gendered me on top of it over and over and last, but not least when I tried to explain that I was dissatisfied and not in the I was actually quite polite about everything but did tell him that I’ve never ever seen something go up that much including my last storage unit with them only went up $10 a month. They hung up on me. And the worst part is is the right change it already taken when I went and paid the last month and I asked him what the rate would be and they never told me it was increasing send registered letter to my old address which has the third I couldn’t have updated Needless to say I will be pulling my business from them as soon as I can afford movers and get my stuff out of there. I also didn’t have access to my elevator for where my stuff was for the entire month of November even after I paid for my unit, they never reset it. Their response was oh well, and because I had a new card at the very end of November they blamed it on But the entire month I couldn’t get in. Smart storage is a much better Place to store your stuff and much more reasonably priced you won’t get a big surprise if you’re there. Can’t believe I’m endorsing Walmart, but they were there had full access and never limited in my access and there was a surprise charge. They took care of it. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
